Yield: 1 Servings

1tbAllspice
1tbThyme
1 1/2tsCayenne
1 1/2tsBlack pepper
1 1/2tsSage
3/4tsNutmeg
3/4tsCinnamon
1tbSalt
2tbGarlic powder
1tbSugar
  Mix these together. Add:
1/4cOlive oil
1/4cSoy sauce
3/4cWhite vinegar
1tbLime juice
1tbLemon juice
1 Scotch bonnet pepper, minced
  (serrano or jalapeno ok)
1cWhite onion, chopped
3 Green onions, chopped

Marinade meat at least one hour. Grill or broil.

*even though this recipe is designed for pork, it would probably be good on chicken.
